New case study: The Brown Bean, Lisburn

A new case study shows how Invicta’s bespoke approach helped The Brown Bean preserve the consistency of its signature wheaten bread.

We’re pleased to share a new case study on the Invicta website, featuring The Brown Bean, a well-established bakery based in Lisburn, Northern Ireland.

Founded in 2003, the business now operates as a dedicated bakery, supplying cafés and retail outlets with a range of freshly baked products. Among its most popular lines is its traditional wheaten bread, known for its distinctive shape and consistency.

When the time came to replace their original bread tins after nearly 20 years, maintaining this consistency was essential. Invicta worked closely with the team to produce 120 bespoke tins, carefully replicating the exact size and specification to ensure the product remained unchanged and continued to perform within their existing oven setup.

The case study highlights how a tailored approach and attention to detail can help bakeries protect established products while supporting efficient day-to-day production.
