Meet our new Company Engineer

We are pleased to welcome Constantino Alvarez Odell to the Invicta team as Company Engineer. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, he brings a strong technical foundation and a keen focus on precision manufacturing.

In his role, Tino is responsible for developing and maintaining engineering drawings, as well as operating and supporting both CNC punch and laser machinery. His work plays an important part in ensuring components are produced accurately, efficiently and in line with production schedules.

A key aspect of Tino’s contribution lies in his attention to detail at the design stage. By carefully considering material properties, tooling capabilities and real-world application, he helps ensure that every component performs as intended. From predicting material behaviour to ensuring correct tolerances and fit within assemblies, his work supports the consistency and reliability that Invicta customers expect.

Tino works closely with the production teams, helping to maintain smooth workflows and quickly diagnose and resolve any issues that arise. This collaborative approach is central to keeping operations running efficiently and maintaining high standards across the manufacturing process.

As he continues to develop in his role, Tino is focused on refining both his technical expertise and the processes he supports, contributing to Invicta’s ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and quality.

Outside of work, Tino is a dedicated karate practitioner and previously competed as part of the England national squad - an achievement that reflects his discipline, focus and commitment both in and out of the workplace.
