Invicta customer survey reveals strong satisfaction levels

We’re delighted to share the results of our 2025 end-of-year customer survey and would like to say a sincere thank you to everyone who took the time to respond. Your feedback plays a vital role in helping us maintain high standards and continue improving the products and service we provide.
The results present a very positive picture, with strong satisfaction levels across customer service, product quality, value for money and repeat business.
Key highlights include:
- 100% of respondents rated our workmanship as Excellent or Good
- 98% rated the speed of responses to enquiries as Excellent or Good
- 96% said they are Extremely Likely or Very Likely to purchase from us again
- 94% reported being Very Satisfied or Satisfied overall
- 92% rated competitivity as Excellent or Good
- 90% felt our products represent good value for money
- More than half said they would be Extremely Likely or Very Likely to commission a bespoke product
We were particularly pleased to see year-on-year improvements in several areas, including response times, competitiveness, workmanship and interest in bespoke solutions.
The survey also generated many generous customer comments, highlighting long-standing relationships, product quality, and friendly, knowledgeable service. Feedback included:
