Automatic Confectionery Funnel with polypropylene body, handle and tube mantle. Lever bracket and rod are built in 18/10 Stainless Steel.

Uses - Fill a variety of pastries quickly and precisely with pastry creams, jellies and icings... expedite the garnishment of quiches pastry moulds for flans etc.. and ease the control of sauce and coulis onto plates.
